A buffalo was presented at therio clinic on 28-01-2015 with hitory of Natural mating by bull 3 months ago.Its parity was 3,Post-partum in 12 month,animal was quaiscent from 3 months.The owner wants to know either it is pregnant or not?
Rectal Palpation:
Slip membrane test was positive and also cotyledons felt.
Ultrasonography:
Fetus heart beat was felt,and it was estimated that fetus will be female bcz of position of genital tubercle .Pregnancy was of about 90 days.
