A bulldog bitch was presented on 28-01-2015 with history of straining from last two days and the owner said "Awaans nikaleya aey 2 dinaa'n tu".Animal was in estrus and it was her first heat.There was no history of any injury.
Observation: There was edematous swelling at perenial region and vulva.
Tentative Diagnosis: 3rd Degree Vaginal Prolapse Treatment: Proper washing and cleaning prolapsed region and also perenial region Reduction and fixation with the help of 4" simple bandage.Also advised Nitrofuracin cream to apply on that area along with Lignocaine Gel.
