History: Cow was not coming in heat.
Treatment: First we applied CIDR. the cow did not respond to it. Then we injected her with 4ml Progesterone on alternate days 4 times. One day after last injection cow came into heat. But it was mild heat so we did not inseminate her. At this time it had 9mm follice on ovary. After 7 days, it again came into heat. We performed double AI with interval of 24 hours.
Follow Up: She was diagnosed pregnant after one month. and again confirmed on 2nd month.
