History/Complain: Goat parturated two kids, normal and alive. Something was hanging from vagina. Neighbours of owner said that it was either retained placenta or prolapse. So owner came to therio clinic to resolve the problem. Owner brought the hanging material with him.
Clinical Exam: Dr. Ali Examined the hanging material, it was mummfied foetus. He took out the remaining part of it from vagina.
Diagnosis: It is supposed that something damaged the placenta od this foetus or this placenta rotated on its axis (tortion) which lead to mummification of foetus. Since no infection occured from outside so other two foetuses remained normal and healthy.
