The owner brought a buffalo to therio clinic on 30-01-2015.He told that animal was bellowing at 4pm yesterday.But no discharge was observed.Its parity was 4,and 150days in post-partum.Average milk production was 10kg per 24 hours.Before this 2 times AI and one natural mating was being practiced.Before 5days this farmer visited therio clinic with the same animal and ultrasonography was performed and sub-clinical endometritis was observed and CL was present on one ovary.Parenteral Penbiotic was injected along with Lutalyse 5cc intramuscular.Now he brought animal for AI.

Rectal Palpation:

There was tonicity in uterine horns and and presence of follicle on left ovary.But no discharge came out by squeezing the vagina.

Treatment:

AI was done and also 2.5cc Conceptal was injected intravenously.
