The owner brought a buffalo to therio clinic on
31-01-2015.The animal was in estrus.Last evening it was bellowing and thick
viscous vaginal discharge was observed by the client.About 2 weeks ago,the
owner visited the therio clinic with the same animal.On that day,animal was in
heat but there was some inflammation in the uterus and Sir Ali advised the
owner to give sexual rest(Follow Up) for one heat and also inj.Oxycare was
advised to inject by deep intramuscular route.Now the client brought it for AI.
Rectal Palpation:
There was tonicity in the uterine horns and large follicle on
ovary.
Treatment:AI was done
